There are a large number of themes that have attempted to claim the title of Ultimate blog theme, but I have a feeling that the search may be over.   I recently got a chance to look through the new WordPress Unlimited theme and have to say I am VERY impressed with the options panel.

There are a number of themes which were designed to be variations of the Kubrick theme (the default WordPress theme), but the newest release by the Solostream team is by far the best one I’ve seen yet.
